Free and open to anyone new and keen to learn the basic skills and knowledge to work in the Hospitality sector for us or one of our partnered venues. This course is delivered from our top management team, most experienced bartenders and front of house managers where over a couple of hours, you must sit and pass our in-house exam at a mark of 90% or above. Once passed you will be offered casual working hours from us at a minimum pay rate of £10ph, going forward we will continue to monitor your progress and offer further training to those who excel.

Our level 2 training session is offered to those of our employees who have proven themselves the previous months across our partner venues and clients with there attitude, professionalism and improvement in their standards and confidence. Not only do they deserve to be recognised for their efforts, but awarded with FREE training to further develop their skill set and knowledge from our head training duo Kevin & Joe. This isnt an exam based session, but an assessment from us their mentors and a chance for us to personally see their development and be on hand to offer any advice or tips as they went along. What does Level 2 include? We base the whole training on role plays and scenarios likely to be encountered at any restaurant or dispense bar at any given point.

A six week intensive cocktail & mixology course offered to a selected group of our outstanding team members are going to be taught over 50 classic cocktails, shots and mocktails, 5* bar etiquette, terminology, methodology, the art of mixology and flavour balance. To complete this course they must achieve a spec test mark of no less than 90%, serve a long list of drinks perfectly with lots of distractions thrown in and no support, to then be awarded with their very own G2K waistcoat, a considerable pay rise and the opportunity to work within our top team at the most discreet, glamorous, and stunning locations the company will take us. Once experienced and mentored they are then available for our private hires, or to cover any venues where cocktail service is to required support our clients.
