Gino set up Good2know Hospitality in 2017 during a time when the cocktail market was heading towards its popularity peak. Starting as a dish washer to then training as a cocktail bartender within some of Bournemouth’s most elite venues he moved onto offering his services to small garden gatherings and hosting cocktail classes, before leaving for management positions across the UK and Spain within a number of established venues, restaurants and nightclubs. On return from a successful number of seasons in Spain he quickly re-built and established Good2know as the most prominent pop-up bar and staff agency for the most discerning cliental and leading industry suppliers within Dorset and Hampshire. Constantly brainstorming to develop the business model, level of service and product offerings he has set-up collaborations with many other event organisers and caterers, where you are likely to see Good2know hospitality on show across the South. A specialist in large scale event recruitment, training, and of course the art of mixology, he now oversees the day to day operations of over 100+ hospitality staff and smaller pocket teams across the UK, with a passion on passing his knowledge to the next generation and to take this company National with our newly accredited training programmes, 2023 will be a very busy year indeed!

Alice is our head of recruitment and staffing manager at Good2Know. She has an extensive events background having spent many years on the field working for industry giants including HAP, Peppermint, and Elevate in a wide variety of management roles. From this, she has developed a clear understanding of exactly what clients are looking for in terms of experienced, intuitive staff and is now on a mission to ensure Good2know’s staff are the Crème de la crème of industry experts!
Events Operations Manager
Lawrence was recently promoted to Events Operations Manager after working his way up through the company and showcasing his passion and knowledge from many a years working within the bar industry, as a graduate from the World renowned European Bartender School you can be sure our clients and events team are in safe hands!
FOH Training Manager
Kevin has been within the hospitality industry for almost 25 years, circulating the Globe within management and entertainment roles for luxury 5* cruise liners, across the Country for every prestigious racing event and spectacle, managing teams delivering a 5* service wherever it is required. His knowledge and character is perfectly suited for the position of front of house trainer, us at Good2know are privileged to have him on board and now teaching our recruits the 5* way which we now offer as standard training and service offerings to our clients - keeping Good2know Hospitality one step ahead of the rest.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager
Sarah joined the team in summer 2023. With over 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Web Design & Graphic Design her knowledge of Events and the Hospitality Industry spans over 8+ years. Sarah is a great addition to the ever growing team and together with her knowledge and outgoing personality we are very much looking forward to what is come from this partnership.
Accounts & Payroll Manager
Hanna started with G2K behind the bars and waitressing for our regular clients, with the flexible hours it gave her a chance to study accounting. After completing AAT Level 2 she took on a bookkeeping role for the company. Although she's now behind a desk, she still attends staff training events to meet the recruits and organise payroll, and still enjoys hopping behind the bar every so often as you can't always take the bartender out of the bookkeeper
